JFK Airport Shuttle

When traveling to JFK, advance planning is important. Traffic conditions along major routes can change quickly, especially during peak travel times.

Please note the following:

• Reservations are required for all JFK airport shuttle service
• Pickup times are estimated and provided at booking
• Traffic delays and airport congestion are beyond our control

The first shared ride shuttle of the day typically departs New Haven around 3:30 a.m., with an estimated arrival at JFK around 6:15 a.m.

Please allow up to 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time to accommodate other shared ride pickups and unanticipated traffic delays. All vehicles are GPS tracked, and updates are available by contacting our team if needed.

Please switch on your mobile phone after landing so we can communicate with you and provide estimated pickup time and location and driver details.  If the mobile phone does not work on the US cellular system we will try to make contact on WhatsApp. Please collect any checked luggage and proceed to the Ground Transportation Welcome Center inside the terminal. If you are “ready to go” and have not heard from us on your mobile phone please dial 27 from the courtesy telephones at the Welcome Center for GO Prime Time Shuttle.

Shuttles operate at random intervals from approximately 7:00am until 9:00pm at JFK when available. Average waiting time for our Shuttle service is currently 30 to 40 minutes once “ready to go” at the Welcome Center. Wait time is not measured from Landing or Gate Arrival time. When possible anticipated schedule changes will be communicated the day before travel to the mobile phone or the email address provided for the traveling passenger(s).

Advance reservations are highly recommended as we are currently operating at a reduced capacity and walk-on seating at the airports is very limited. When arriving without a reservation please call us at 1-203-672-8900 option 1 or by dialing 27 from the Ground Transportation Welcome Center subject to our hours of operation.

Private Car Service to JFK

For travelers who prefer a direct, non-stop ride, GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut also offers private car service to and from JFK.

• Direct transfers with no additional stops
