Airport Shuttle, Car Service, and Private Van

Reservations are required for travel to the Airports. Please call 203-672-8900. Reservations are highly recommended for arriving passengers as walk-on availability can be limited at times of peak travel. Walk-on passengers should book their seats after arrival by calling 203-672-8900 by dialing 27 from the Welcome Center inside the terminal. It is also suggested that passengers arriving at an airport requiring an accessible vehicle or special services contact the company in advance of their travel to minimize wait times.

Please call our Reservations Department with any change in your plans. Fares for Shared Shuttles, Private Cars and Private SUVs are fully refundable up to 12 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Private Van Services for up to 14 passengers require 72 hours advance notice of cancellation for full refund. Groups larger than 14 passengers require one week advance cancellation notice. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to apply any refunds to your account.

Our first vans of the day are scheduled to arrive at La Guardia Airport at approximately 5:45am and at approximately 6:15am at JFK Airport.

Our first Shared Shuttles depart at approximately 7:00am from JFK and 7:30am from La Guardia and operate approximately once per hour at random intervals until 9:00pm at JFK and 9:30pm at La Guardia.

For travel to the airport we will give you an estimated scheduled pickup time. Please be ready at your pickup location at the scheduled time. We ask for a 15 minute window beyond the scheduled time to allow for other pickups in your area or unexpected traffic delays. Feel free to call us at any time for an update of your vehicle location.

On arrival at the airport we will advise you of your estimated curbside pickup time, designated loading zone and driver details when you check in with us and indicate you are “Ready to GO”. Pickups are no longer inside the terminal but are at designated airport loading zones outside the terminal. You can wait inside the terminal until the pickup time range you are given after checking in. Average waiting time is 30-40 minutes once you have notified us that you are “Ready to GO”. Do not depart the Airport without having checked in with us or in any vehicle that we have not provided you driver details and vehicle identification.

Fares depend on the distance to the location and the demand. Multiple passengers traveling as a group receive discounts so the more people in your party the lower the average fare per person.

If you have a reservation and your flight is delayed, or you are delayed disembarking the plane or in immigration, customs or baggage claim please give us a call the next day for a refund.

It is recommended that you make a reservation, request your special need and we will ensure that the appropriate vehicle will be there to accommodate your needs. Please call our reservations department for assistance.

If you are traveling with children less than 8 years of age, you must call to make your reservation if you are not supplying your own car seat. Child car seats are required by law and you will be refused boarding with no refund if you do not bring your own and have not pre-ordered a seat. Infants must remain rear facing until they are a minimum of both 2 years and 30 pounds. Toddlers must be in a forward-facing car seat until 5 years and 40 pounds. Children should ride in a booster seat until they reach 8 years old AND 60 pounds (they must meet both requirements).

Yes. We use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. A secure server running the latest 128-bit encryption handles all our payments. There is no safer way to order online.

GO Connecticut allows one (1) checked baggage (standard size) and one (1) carry-on and one (1) smaller personal item per passenger (size, weight and vehicle limitations apply) on our Shared Service vehicles. Additional checked baggage will incur an added charge. Please read the Luggage Policy for current rates and oversized baggage information.

Prepayment with a Credit Card is required for all travel to the Airports. All charges for reservations are made at the time of booking. Please see FAQ #2 for cancellation policy.

GO Airport Shuttle – Connecticut respects your privacy and works to safeguard the privacy of your personal data. In addition to this general online privacy policy, you may receive notice of other terms that apply to particular promotions or services.

GO Airport Shuttle – Time Connecticut does not share, disclose or sell any personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) with other unaffiliated companies or organizations for non-GO Airport Shuttle Connecticut marketing purposes. In the future, should GO Airport Shuttle – Connecticut decide to share such data with third parties for marketing, it will provide notification and the opportunity for its users to indicate whether they would prefer that the Company not provide such information about them to third parties. Because this information is a critical part of our business, it would be treated like our other assets in the context of a merger, sale or other corporate reorganization or legal proceeding. GO Airport Shuttle – Connecticut also does not market to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 18 on Company sites.

Postal and e-mail address information, for example, enables communication about services offered and ordered, as well as the proper provisioning and billing of those services.

Like many large businesses, GO Airport Shuttle – Connecticut uses vendors to carry out certain functions in marketing and delivering services to you and so shares online data with those vendors to the extent necessary for them to perform their work.
